Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include your original packing slip inside the parcel.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop your parcel at any authorized postal service location or scheduled pickup point.

  After our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
